Summary

(1)　 The Anhui Provincial Department of Transportation, the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the Anhui Provincial Finance Department have issued a notice regarding the toll station at the Zhang Ba Ling interchange on the G36 Ning-Lu Highway from Lai'an to Mingguang. After reviewing the proposal, the following decisions have been made:

(2)　 1. The toll station at the Zhang Ba Ling interchange will be operated by Anhui Chuzhou-Ningguo Highway Co., Ltd. The station will be named "Zhang Ba Ling Toll Station" and will be located at kilometer 82+798.

(3)　 2. The toll station will begin operation from its opening day and will operate until April 24, 2031. The toll rates, free sections, and other related matters will be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.

(4)　 3. The tolling unit must display a clear notice board at the toll station with the name of the toll station, approval authority, operating unit, toll rates, operating period, and supervision phone number. The unit must also maintain civilized operations and toll collection, and accept supervision from the transportation, development and reform, audit, and market regulation departments as well as social supervision.

(3)　 一、同意G36宁洛高速公路来安至明光段张八岭互通设站收费，由安徽滁宁高速公路股份有限公司经营管理，站名为“张八岭收费站”（位于K82+798m处）。

(4)　 二、张八岭收费站自开通之日起收费，经营期限按照《安徽省人民政府关于蚌宁高速公路明光至南京段收费经营期限的批复》（皖政秘〔2009〕349号）执行，至2031年4月24日止。收费标准、免费范围等由省交通运输厅、省发展改革委、省财政厅按照有关规定执行。

(5)　 三、收费单位自收费之日起，要在收费站的显著位置设置载有收费站名称、审批机关、收费单位、收费标准、收费起止年限和监督电话等内容的公告牌。要坚持文明执勤和收费，自觉接受交通运输、发展改革、审计、市场监管等部门和社会监督。
